Event #1 GO ALL OUT: sweet bar & games

Residents can design their own custom candy bags filled with bright swirl lollipops and other sweet surprises, all paired with playful candy-themed decor to set the mood.

To keep the fun going, we’ve planned exciting games like “Get to Know Your Sweet Neighbors,” “What’s Your Donut Name,” and the classic “Guess How Many Candies Are in the Jar.” These activities are sure to spark smiles, laughter, and connection among residents while creating a memorable event for everyone!

Set the Scene: Choose bright, cheerful colors like pink, purple, yellow, blue, and green to create a playful and cohesive theme. Incorporate metallic accents like gold and silver to evoke a magical touch. Use colorful tablecloths or candy-patterned runners as the base. Add oversized candy props, like foam lollipops, gumdrop accents, and candy cane decorations, to create a larger-than-life feel.

Offer a variety of candies to cater to all tastes. Some ideas include:

Swirl lollipops, Jelly beans, Chocolate bars and gold chocolate coins (Golden Tickets, anyone?), Gummy bears and worms, and Rock candy sticks
Cotton candy in cups or cones or donuts and cupcakes with candy-themed toppers

Residents pick up a candy bag from the office and follow the trail of vibrant, candy-themed tiles that guide them to various treat stations. Each station offers candies, small surprises, or interactive mini-games to make the journey even sweeter. (Or keep it simple and just make it a candy grab-n-go.) Why we love this event:

Play for a chance to satisfy your sweet tooth—this game is a sure hit! 🍬✨

Set the Scene:
Fill a large jar with colorful candies—think swirly cream savers, gummy bears, gum drops, or small suckers—to match the playful candy theme. Take a pic.
Alternatively, you can use OUR photo HERE.
Answer: There are 64 Creme Saver Candies in our Jar
Promote the Game:
Post a photo or video of the jar, and encourage residents to submit their guesses online.

Ask residents to follow your community on Instagram and Facebook.

Announce the Winner:
The first person to guess closest to the correct number without going over wins the jar of candy! Make the announcement online and in person to build excitement.
